Information on Beversbrook

Like everywhere else, Beversbrook will look slightly different. There will be a one-way system throughout the building. Main toilets will be closed and only official rooms 2 and 3 will be open for toilets. Official Room 2 will be for ladies and official room 3 will be for gents. Floor signage will be installed to direct public to these areas. There is no procedure for the car park and we hope that public and hirers will be able to monitor Social Distancing themselves. Hand Sanitisers have been installed around the building and on to the 3G.

Return of Football
Beversbrook are receiving a number of calls with regards to 5-a-side football. The current guidelines from The F.A. is that Social Distancing must followed. If you consider that your club can manage social distancing i.e. the 2 metre ruling and numbers are kept to six per bubble, please contact me with regards to your booking. I will keep football clubs up to date on changes from The F.A.

3G
Head of Leisure is working alongside with all users to ensure that all courts will have a different start and finish time to prevent social gatherings. All six gates will be unlocked and hirers will be asked to use entrance and exit gates via an e-mail. FC Wiltshire to monitor this themselves. Users of the 3G are required to wipe down any goals that have been used with Disinfectant wipes or spray.

Used PPE
It very important that used PPE i.e mask, gloves are wipes and placed in the yellow bins that will be located around the facility. I will be looking to introduce a yellow bin service for the tennis and cricket nets.

Community Hall
Final plans for the hall will be provided to the hirers. Currently, hand sanitisers are provided within the hall. Booking times may be changed to allow extra cleaning. This will be covered via e-mail to main contact person on the booking form. It is not very clear from government what the community halls can be used for i.e. numbers allowed in the hall etc. I will continue to seek more information on this.

First Aid Cover
Beversbrook is not required by law to provide first aid cover and staff are only trained as First Aid at Work for each other. Any accidents and incidents that requires first aid then this must be covered in your clubs risk assessment. The Beversbrook staff will not cover any minor first aid. However, will cover any major first aid incidents.
